Lakapi Pasifika 2024

In 1924 the first rugby union was established in Sāmoa as the Apia Rugby Union after rugby was formally introduced by the Marist Brothers four years early. A hundred years later, Sāmoa has consistently ranked in the top 20 countries and has exported and produced players. 

This year, we celebrate the successes of Pasifka rugby through three international events. 

  1. All Blacks v. Fiji
  2. Olympics Paris
  3. Pacific Nations Cup (Sāmoa, Fiji, Tonga)

We will be taking photographs and conducting interviews of coaches, players, and fans.
